Wide Strategy was assigned to design and run the organisation’s capacity building programme, through strategy workshops, leadership coaching and by conducting a stakeholder analysis and review.
GIVMED’s mission is to provide access to medicine to all who need it. The NGO has developed a platform that matches people in need of a medicine with the organisations or individuals who want to donate the medicine. Their moto:

Wide Strategy director, Lyda Modiano first met with founder of GIVMED, Thanasis Vratimos, during Reload Greece’s Challenge 17 programme where she mentored the team. Following the programme, she was asked to join the Advisory Board of GIVMED and has been contributing to the organisation’s growth ever since. The capacity building programme that will run in the next two years, will empower the team and enable the leadership to develop a strategic thinking. It will also help GIVMED develop a more robust structure and mission.
