Curation of a Thought Leadership Event

Wide Strategy was commissioned to curate a thought leadership panel on Brexit and Europe at the NED in London. We helped curate the content of the discussion, found and assembled the speakers, and organized the flow of the event. The event was organised on behalf of a corporate client in the context of their client engagement strategy.
Stakeholder Mapping

Wide Strategy provided a Private Equity Fund with strategic communications advice in order to raise capital. We supported the company in identifying relevant investors and reviewed the market of potential leads that could support the company in the capital raise process.
Content Marketing

Wide Strategy designed and built the digital brand of its corporate client. We designed and managed the content of the website, LinkedIn and created relevant corporate branding video. We then supported digital content marketing for the company over a specified period.
Brand Development

Wide Strategy designed and executed a campaign rebranding strategy for a client that was looking to expand their services to new clientele in their sector. Wide Strategy conducted in-depth competitor analysis and field research in order to evaluate the best course of action in pursuit of this goal. As part of our strategy, we led creative workshops aimed at improving the look & feel and key messaging of the brand’s new image. We also identified the best working channels to approach our key stakeholders, in line with our pre-agreed marketing budget limits.
Leadership Coaching - Executive Presence

Wide Strategy provided personal branding, storytelling, and communications coaching sessions to a C-level corporate executive. The consultation program was highly interactive; it included simulation exercises and public speaking lessons in order to build the client’s confidence as a business professional.


Arts Fundraising

Wide Strategy offered fundraising consultation to a young talented artist commissioned to represent her country at the London Design Biennale 2018. The artist’s outdoor installation was the centerpiece of the Biennale, attracting a long cue of visitors. Wide Strategy secured the prime sponsor for the project and staged an exclusive event for 100 guests and donors to celebrate the successful cultural initiative.
Partnership Development

Wide Strategy undertook a two-year assignment to build the strategic partnerships of a charity and expand its fundraising sources in support of its mission. Working closely with the charity’s CEO and the Trustees, went through a stakeholder mapping exercise, and defined the charity’s brand positioning. We built a tailor-made communication plan to approach partners and bring them on board. We delivered a 100% increase in new partners and an 80% increase in fundraising.
Sustainability Reporting

Wide Strategy provided advisory services for the content, structure and key messaging of the annual report of its client, a Charity organisation. The project deliverable included benchmarking analysis of leading charities around the world and highlighted best practices in Annual Reporting. It involved a series of engagements with the leadership of the organisation to ensure strategic alignment with overarching goals and consistency with previous reports.
Business Development

Wide Strategy has supported the leadership team of an NGO to develop its brand strategy and expand its stakeholder reach. Through monthly mentoring sessions and by sitting as a non-executive director on their Board, Wide Strategy provided strategic guidance to the NGO leadership team. We supported its networking activities and gave direction to the communication and key messaging of the organisation.
