The Greek Pavilion at the London Design Biennale 2018

The Greek Pavilion at the London Design Biennale 2018 featured Studio INI’s installation ‘Disobedience/ANYPAKOI’ by designer engineer, Nassia Inglessis. The impressive installation of a 17-metre-long kinetic wall was made from a steel spring skeleton and recycled plastic. As visitors stepped inside, the dynamic wall flexed with their movement. According to Nassia Inglessis, “the structure becomes a physical megaphone of motion and emotions experienced in the act of disobedience”. The Greek Pavilion was the centrepiece at the Courtyard of Somerset House and attracted long queues of visitors and international publicity. Wide Strategy has provided support in the fundraising effort of this innovative cultural project.
