Taking part in the 2019 Athens Marathon for a good cause

For yet another year the  2019 Athens Marathon - the authentic one- hit record numbers! Over 60,000 runners from all over the world participated in the 5km, 10km and the Marathon races. The event has become the second most important sports organisation after the 2014 Olympics for Greece, generating a total turnover of around 30million Euro.  Wide Strategy ran at the 10km race  for a second consecutive year, in support of ESTIA charity organisation. Through the support of another 255 donors, runners and sponsors,  the charity managed to fundraise €18,679, way ahead of the set objective of €16,800. This amount will enable for 4 annual ’scholarships’ for special needs residents at the ESTIA premises in Galaxidi, Greece.
