Wide Strategy’s director, Lyda Modiano was invited by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) to host the second leg of a webinar titled: “Greenwash - How financial companies can implement sustainability practices”.
The event had 200 registrations and many key topics were presented & discussed, with the key question being:
“Can sustainability advance through the imposition of legislation or through free market developments that will push its course?”
To which Lyda Modiano answered:
“You need both, legislation helps put the pressure in the market but at the end of the day it is the force of free market developments that will drive the course of sustainability practices.”
