F.INN project – Market analysis and preliminary conclusions

Project F.INN

Agri-food has been a key economic activity of the Greek economy and will remain a top national development priority for the years to come. There are numerous opportunities to increase the competitiveness and value added of the Greek agri-food sector, if action is taken to address significant current difficulties and challenges.

This is part of the conclusions drawn out from the market analysis of the agri-food business sector in Greece, - an analysis that was conducted in the context of the F.INN project; you can read more about the F.INN project here. 

Based on the conclusions of the market analysis the study team -comprising of a consortium of companies led by Seven Sigma with partners KiNNO Consultants, Wide Strategy and MITEF Greece,  proceeds with the following tasks by year-end:

  • Develop the Vision, Mission and Objectives, Service Offer of the F.INN and work on the Organization Plan
  • Provide recommendations for the selection of F.INN’s service location / partnerships
  • Propose the business model for the elaboration of F.INN’s business plan.
